Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrailerDesk, operated by TrailerDesk ("we," "us,"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TrailerDesk provides a software platform for trailer and equipment rental businesses to manage bookings, customers, and payments. You access TrailerDesk via subscription.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your plan, pricing, and any applicable platform fees are disclosed at signup. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.

A platform fee of 0.10% applies to payments processed through your TrailerDesk rental site. This fee is disclosed on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrailerDesk to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

TrailerDesk and its software are owned by us. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over content you upload or create on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailerDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
